K-12 Inclusion Program

 At Three Graces Texas, we believe true inclusion starts in the classroom. Each school year, our Semester-Based Inclusion Program partners deeply with five selected campuses across the Greater Houston and San Antonio areas. Together, we build vibrant, supportive school environments through targeted education, integrated student activities, and strong community partnerships.

• Who It’s For: Five selected K-12 schools within the Greater Houston and San Antonio regions each academic year.
• The Format: Collaborative monthly meetings held throughout the school year, utilizing a hybrid approach of in-person and virtual sessions.
• Custom Collaboration: We work directly alongside school administration and student body leadership to co-create a tailored inclusion roadmap unique to your campus culture.

 To ensure lasting impact and sustainable growth, Three Graces Texas provides structured, semester-by-semester guidance:

• Action Planning & Benchmarks: At the launch of each semester, we meet with campus leaders to design integrated student activities, establish educational goals, and review progress benchmarks.
• Ongoing Support: Monthly check-ins keep momentum strong, providing the tools and resources your campus needs to achieve genuine inclusion.
• Flexible Schedule: Exact meeting timelines are finalized and scheduled dynamically once our five partner campuses are selected.

 Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) face significant barriers to higher education and employment. Many lack access to the necessary financial resources, support services, and opportunities to develop the skills required for successful integration into the workforce. 

 Want to bring inclusion to your campus? While our primary cohort is limited to five schools per year, additional campuses are highly encouraged to apply for individual, standalone staff and student trainings throughout the school year.
