Three Graces Texas is excited to announce our collaboration with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for the official
Sensory Friendly Day T-shirt Design Contest!
Your design could be the next rodeo sensation.
Help us celebrate youth, rodeo, education, and inclusion by creating a t-shirt that captures the spirit of Sensory Friendly Day. The winning design will be featured on official merchandise, worn by thousands of rodeo fans.

Contest Rules & Guidelines
To enter, you must:
- Be a person with an intellectual or developmental disability.
- Create your own design.
- Design can be submitted in any format.
- The design may be hand-drawn or created with design software.
- Submit your design by the deadline.
Note: For contestants under 18, a parent or guardian must provide their information.
The Winning Design
One lucky designer will have their creation featured on the official RodeoHouston Sensory Friendly Day T-Shirt!
The winning designer will:
- Be recognized as the official designer of the RodeoHouston Sensory Friendly Day T-Shirt.
- Ride in the Grand Entry Parade.
- Receive tickets to the rodeo and performance on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
- Win a $100 HLSR Merchandise Gift Certificate.
- Win a $100 HLSR Carnival Pack.
The winner will be notified in January 2025.

Design Ideas
- A Colorful Rodeo Scene with Diverse Riders: Depict cowboys and cowgirls of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds participating in various rodeo events.
- A Puzzle Piece Rodeo: Each piece represents a different aspect of the rodeo, such as the animals, the riders, the crowd, and the sensory-friendly accommodations.
- A Handprint Rodeo: Use colorful handprints to create a rodeo scene, symbolizing the many hands that come together to make the event a success.
- A Rodeo Superhero: Create a superhero character who promotes inclusivity and sensory-friendly experiences at the rodeo.
